Absolutely! A CTA should definitely set expectations about what comes next. Although I would question whether you need to say ‘continue to billing’ or whether you could just say ‘billing’ or ‘payment’ on the forward CTA. Shorter tends to be better on a button, especially on mobile, but we shouldn’t compromise on meaning to save space. If you have the space, go for it!
